Times are a Changin’: Are You Ready For a New Era of International Complexity and Risk?
To say that managing cross-border goods movement is a complex and difficult task would be an understatement, even under the best of circumstances. The current international trade environment is evolving at a pace that has made it much more difficult for even the most skilled supply chain professionals to keep up with changes to various trade agreements, regulations and tariffs without the help of technology.

Given the current international trade environment, shippers are increasingly turning to technological solutions to mitigate the risk caused by uncertainty. In an effort to examine this trend more closely, American Shipper conducted a survey of 183 beneficial cargo owners (BCOs), third-party logistics providers (3PLs), freight forwarders and other supply chain stakeholders.

We analyzed this data for our latest white paper, "Times are a Changin’: Are You Ready For a New Era of International Complexity and Risk?". In the report, you can read about the findings from the survey and see our recommendations for managing the complexities of global trade with the help of systems that take in, process and interpret supply chain data.
