The Panama Canal Authority (ACP) said it closed fiscal year 2018 with 442.1 million Panama Canal tons, the highest annual cargo tonnage in its 104-year history.
The ACP highlighted 2018 milestones with a video posted on YouTube.
The milestones include daily Neopanamax vessel reservations increasing to eight in May and the transit of four LNG ships in one day in October.
