Printz Bolin promoted to vice president of external relations; Tim Strauss joins advisory board.

Union Pacific has named Printz Bolin vice president of external relations effective Dec. 1.
Bolin will succeed Mike Rock, who plans to retire Feb. 15 after 29 years of service.
Bolin, currently assistant vice president of external relations, will continue operating out of Union Pacific’s Washington, D.C., office. He joined Union Pacific in 1991 and was appointed to his current role in 2008.

Tim Strauss, vice president of Air Canada Cargo, has joined the advisory board of Drone Delivery Canada.
Strauss has more than 31 years of experience in the airline and freight forwarding industries. Prior to joining Air Canada, he held leadership roles in global sales and operations at Northwest Airlines, Delta Air Lines and Hawaiian Airlines. He began his career with Emery Worldwide, now UPS Supply Chain Logistics.

Tony DiBenedetto, CEO of Drone Delivery Canada, called Strauss a “true asset for the company in implementing our commercialization strategy in Canada and abroad.”
In times of crisis, we are the trusted partner for a wide range of clients. During a year of such devastating natural disasters, my thanks goes to the freight team for their tireless efforts to get much-needed aid to those desperately in need as quickly as possible.
Travelers who pass through Newark Liberty International, LaGuardia and portions of JFK International airports now can order food through a dining app, AtYourGate, that delivers orders directly to their gates.
