FedEx reaches deal to buy France's Tatex

   FedEx said Thursday it has signed an agreement to acquire the French business-to-business express transportation company Tatex.    It had revealed it was in negotiation to buy the company last month, three weeks after Netherlands-based TNT Express agreed to a $6.7 billion cash buyout by FedEx rival UPS.    The Tatex acquisition is subject to necessary regulatory approvals and customary conditions.    Founded in 1976, Tatex, a privately-held company, has over 1,000...
