The Institute of International Container Lessors’ (IICL) elected Jeremy Matthew, group chief executive officer of Seaco, to chairman for 2013. He succeeds Brian Sondey of TAL International Group. IICL’s board also elected Celine Wei, president of Florens Container Services Co., as first vice president; Philip Brewer, president and CEO of Textainer Group Holdings Ltd., as second vice president; and George Elkas, president of Flexi-Van Leasing, as treasurer.
