Caterpillar moves on 3PL sale

Caterpillar has made good on its December promise and signed a deal to sell Platinum Equity a 65-percent equity stake in Caterpillar Logistics Services LLC, the company’s third-party logistics division of subsidiary Caterpillar Logistics.
