Maier named FedEx Ground boss

   Henry Maier has been promoted to president and chief executive officer of FedEx Ground, replacing retiring David Rebholz, who had been at the company for 37 years.    Maier, who currently serves as FedEx Ground’s executive vice president, will take over May 31.
