Chinese shoes found with lead contamination

   U.S. Customs and Consumer Product Safety Commission investigators have seized a shipment of children's shoes from China for containing three times the legal limit of lead.    The shipment was ordered by a distributor in the Seattle area and is valued at more than $23,000, according to Customs and Border Protection.    Analysis of shipping and other data led investigators to target the shipment for an examination.
