ConGlobal buys container refrigeration firm

California-based ConGlobal Industries has acquired Refrigerated Container Services from Carrier Transicold for an undisclosed amount. RCS, which specializes in servicing, managing and maintaining refrigerated containers, has five facilities in the United States. Officials anticipate the transaction will close in the next few weeks.
