Ship strikes crane in Baltimore

   The Baltimore Sun reported that lines securing two ships at the Dundalk Marine Terminal in Baltimore parted in heavy winds Wednesday evening.    The newspaper said a ramp from a Wallenius Wilhelmsen ship struck a crane. Extent of the damage was unclear....
