Cory Brothers Shipping Agency said it has entered into a partnership agreement with Unimar Agenciamentos Marítimos Ltda of Brazil.
Cory, a division of Braemar Shipping Services, said the deal strengthens and develops the global Cory brand.
Headquartered in Santos, Unimar is heavily involved in oil, dry, offshore and logistics business throughout Brazil.
