Cargolux will this Saturday resume flights to Beirut in Lebanon following the cease fire on the Lebanese-Israeli border.
The Luxembourg-based all-cargo airline operates three weekly services from Luxembourg to Beirut, on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, using Boeing 747-400 freighters.
The service to Beirut carries mainly pharmaceutical products, computers, flowers and fashion items, Cargolux said.
To satisfy exceptional demand, Cargolux will operate one additional Beirut stop on Wednesday of next week.
