Devine, president and chief executive officer of Global Container Terminals USA, said the expansion will add 70 acres to the terminal’s existing 99 acres, and increase annual capacity from about 400,000 to 1 million container lifts (1.7 million TEUs) when completed in 2014.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;</description>
