When I try to log in, I am returned to the home page.
AmericanShipper.com maintains system security with session cookies that retain your user session authorization on your computer until you close your Internet browser. Your computer may not be configured to accept session cookies. Check with your system administrator or modify your browser setting to accept session cookies.
I can log in successfully, but pages seem to “hang up” when loading.
If you are accessing the Internet through a corporate firewall, ask your system administrator to include the following sites as approved sites: www.americanshipper.com, www.compairdata.com, www.compairschedules.com, www.shippers.com. Even though you do not access all the sites directly, the sites are interlinked and some functions require access to the other sites.
I have tried everything suggested above, but am still having problems.
