Zim to double-call New York to improve Med transit times

   Zim will add a second outbound call in New York to its Zim Container Service Atlantic (ZCA) string that connects the U.S. and Mediterranean ports.    Starting this month, the liner company said it will add a call on the eastbound stretch of the ZCA weekly service so that the new rotation will be Haifa, Piraeus, Genova, Tarragona, Halifax, New York, Savannah, Kingston , New York, Tarragona, Ashdod, and Haifa.    Zim said the new rotation "improves transit times to ...
