WFS, Aviapartner to combine

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) and Aviapartner have joined forces to become the world’s second largest operator of airport ground handling services. Shareholders of both WFS and Aviapartner have agreed to combine the companies, with Aviapartner to join WFS. The new group will be controlled by LBO France, WFS’ majority shareholder.
