VPA to hold hearing on terminal privatization

The Virginia Port Authority (VPA) said a public hearing on the proposals to privatize its terminals will take place at the Nauticus museum in Norfolk on Feb. 4 at 5 p.m. Both APM Terminals and a group that includes Maher Terminals and JPMorgan IIF Acquisitions LLC have submitted bids to privatize the VPA terminals under the state's Public-Private Transportation Act of 1995.
