North American transportation service provider U.S. Xpress Enterprises has expanded its Web presence to include a new industry education service to help shippers resolve issues and answer common questions.
Called “Ask the Experts,” the Web service is aimed at being a forum and resource for shippers and drivers to ask questions about their operations as well as seek insights on larger industry issues.

“Our new ‘Ask the Experts’ section allows us to directly respond to common customer and stakeholder questions and concerns,” said Max Fuller, chairman and chief executive officer of U.S. Xpress.
Currently the site has covered topics around using contract carriage vs. private fleets, the company’s own green and safety efforts, and tips for securing capacity. The company expects content to be added every four to eight weeks.
