UP taps Betsworth to head intermodal

Union Pacific has appointed Kate Betsworth to vice president of intermodal operations. She will direct the railroad’s intermodal facilities and network operations. UP operates 34 intermodal facilities across its 32,000-mile network. Betsworth has more than 18 years of experience at UP and most recently served as assistant vice president and general manager of UP Distribution Services.
