UPS releases details of TNT offer

   UPS on Thursday formally made public its offer sheet for Netherlands-based package delivery company TNT Express, as required under Dutch law.     The world's largest express delivery company tentatively reached agreement in mid-March to acquire TNT for $6.7 billion.    The document  spells out that UPS will pay 9.50 euro per share in cash to TNT shareholders and that the UPS and TNT boards fully support the deal.
