UPS releases details of TNT offer

UPS on Thursday formally made public its offer sheet for Netherlands-based package delivery company TNT Express, as required under Dutch law. The world's largest express delivery company tentatively reached agreement in mid-March to acquire TNT for $6.7 billion.
