Troy expands in Savannah

   Non-vessel-operating common carrier Troy Container Line will open a new container freight station in Savannah, Ga., on June 1.    The new CFS is located eight miles from the Port of Savannah. The 175,000-square-foot facility includes 47 dock doors and a Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism-approved security system.
