Trimble to buy logistics software maker

   Trimble Navigation has agreed to buy the privately-held logistics software provider TMW Systems for $335 million in cash.    TMW develops enterprise software for transportation and logistics companies that use its platform as a control tower to manage core operations, store data, run analytics, and automate business processes.
