Transplace signs up toymaker Winston

   The Dallas-based 3PL Transplace said Tuesday it has won a deal from the toy manufacturer Winston Co. to manage inbound U.S. shipments from Ningbo, China.    Winston, based in Tulsa, Okla. and Bentonville, Ark., supplies to some of the world’s largest retailers, specializing in the production of scooters and quad cars.
