TOTE, Inc. has appointed Philip H. Greene Jr., a retired rear admiral of the U.S. Navy, to vice president. After 32 years in the Navy, Greene served as the eleventh superintendent of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point, N.Y.
