   Swissport, a provider of ground services to the aviation sector, has chosen SysAid to deploy its IT Service Management (ITSM) helpdesk software to run Swissport’s IT operations in the United States.    Swissport will use SysAid to manage its internal IT department, including the help desk and asset management.
