Shipping chamber honors Coast Guard's Salerno

The Chamber of Shipping of America presented its Halert C. Shepheard Award to Vice Adm. Brian M. Salerno, deputy commandant for operations at the U.S. Coast Guard, last week during the Connecticut Maritime Association's Shipping 2012 conference.
