Shipping Chamber says it will support emissions regulation

   The International Chamber of Shipping said it will support the concept regulating carbon dioxide emissions from ships.    Meeting in London on Tuesday, the ICS board reviewed recent developments with respect to the international regulation of CO 2 emissions from ships.
