Salerno joins BIMCO as U.S. liason

   The international shipping organization BIMCO said Monday it has named Ret. Vice Adm. Brian Salerno as its new U.S. liaison officer.    Salerno recently retired from the U.S. Coast Guard as its deputy commandant for operations in headquarters.
