Safety at Sea Seminar set for May 21

   The North American Marine Environment Protection Association (NAMEPA) will hold a seminar on safety at sea in Washington May 21.    The seminar, titled “Environmental Intelligence in Maritime: Safety at Sea” will feature discussions of shipboard safety, piracy, and an update on issues for seafarers and will begin at 3 p.m. at the National Press Club in Washington.    Panelists will include Coast Guard Vice Adm.
