STB approves trucker chassis pool

The trucker-formed North American Chassis Pool Cooperative (NACPC) said its cooperative chassis pooling agreement was approved by the U.S. Surface Transportation Board (STB) last month, clearing the way for the group's members to begin pooling chassis for intermodal freight transportation.
