SAS to outsource handling to Swissport

Swissport is in negotiations with Scandinavian Airline Systems to form a joint venture company, owning 51 percent of the new organization and SAS' ground-handing offerings in Denmark, Sweden and Norway. The joint venture will transfer the ground-handling operations of SAS and the cargo-handling operations of Spirit to Swissport.
