Rocks could halt Mississippi barge traffic in December

Two major barge industry organizations, the American Waterways Operators (AWO) and Waterways Council, Inc. (WCI), are calling on Congress and the Obama administration to expedite Army Corps of Engineers rock removal along the Mississippi River.
