RLJ Cos. has purchased R. Thompson Trucking, a Virginia-based bulk materials and waste hauler, from Linx Capital Partners for an undisclosed amount, forming RLJ Trucking Cos. R. Thompson's main customers are aggregates companies, disposal companies and recycling firms.
