QAD acquires supply chain planner DynaSys

QAD Inc., a provider of enterprise software and services for global manufacturers, has acquired Strasbourg, France-based DynaSys S.A. that develops supply chain planning software for 6 million euros ($7.5 million). DynaSys generated roughly 5 million euros in revenues last year and has about 40 employees.
