QAD acquires supply chain planner DynaSys

   QAD Inc., a provider of enterprise software and services for global manufacturers, has acquired Strasbourg, France-based DynaSys S.A. that develops supply chain planning software for 6 million euros ($7.5 million).    DynaSys generated roughly 5 million euros in revenues last year and has about 40 employees.    QAD said its main plan is to expand DynaSys’ existing markets and extend the reach of its flagship product n.SKEP by giving existing QAD global customers access ...
