Port of Cleveland completes rail loop

   The Port of Cleveland has completed construction of a new rail loop.    Slightly more than a mile long, the loop is the port’s largest construction project in a decade.    The Ohio Department of Development provided about $3 million for the $4.5 million project.    Cleveland Commercial Railroad Co., which operates 23 miles of railroad in the area, created the new subsidiary Cleveland Harbor Belt Railroad to operate and market the new rail loop....
