Pennsylvania highlights benefits of deeper shipping channel

Pennsylvania politicians and officials from the Port of Philadelphia gathered at the Packer Avenue Marine Terminal on Tuesday to highlight the benefit of an ongoing project to deepen the 103-mille main shipping channel on the Delaware River from 40 feet to 45 feet.
