Old Dominion Freight Line has appointed Ross Parr to vice president, deputy general counsel and assistant secretary. Additionally, the Thomasville, N.C.-based company named Jim Raynor as vice president of equipment and maintenance. Parr joins Old Dominion's legal team with 13 years of experience at several East Coast law firms.
