OOCL gains momentum in 2Q

The liner carrier OOCL said Friday its first half container volumes rose 6.1 percent over the same period in 2011, to nearly 2.6 million TEUs. Revenue in that period rose 5 percent to $2.9 billion, the line reported in its second quarter operational update.
