OIA Global acquires ITS

OIA Global, a Portland, Ore.-based transportation, supply chain management and packaging solutions provider, has acquired International Transport Services (ITS), a Cleveland-based provider of transportation, and warehousing and distribution services. "This acquisition is a strategic, operational and cultural fit for our company," said Charlie Hornecker, OIA’s chief executive officer, in a statement.
