News of TIGER grant recipients trickles out

The U.S. Transportation Department will announce later this week the full list of recipients of its Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery (TIGER) grants, but several ports and other government agencies receiving funds were notified by members of Congress and made announcements Tuesday.
