   As previously indicated, the liner shipping company Mediterranean Shipping Co. is beginnning a new U.S. East Coast-to-Central America service from Jacksonville, Fla., and Savannah, Ga., via its offshore hub in Freeport (Bahamas), beginning with the July 17 sailing of Fabian Schulte from Jacksonville.    The service will have a roundtrip voyage time of 14 days, employing two vessels averaging 2,038 TEUs each.
