NYK modifies chassis provisions in PNW

   NYK Line (North America) Inc. said it has begun the process of no longer providing chassis in certain markets, and said on July 1 the policy will be extended to the Tacoma, Seattle, and Portland markets.    The liner company said "the change is designed to build efficiencies while minimizing the environmental impact of having a large number of chassis that are used intermittently and have to be stored and moved."    NYK said it believes "this policy change will not only low...
