Maersk raises Brazil-to-Americas rates

   Maersk Line said this week it's raising rates from Brazilian ports to destinations in the United States, Central America and the Caribbean.    The increases are: From Brazil to Canada, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, and Cuba, $300 per 20-foot container and $600 per 40-foot or 45-foot high-cube container, effective July 2 From Brazil to Colombia, Puerto Rico, an...
