Maersk Line Ltd. looks to acquire 3PSC

Maersk Line, Limited (MLL), the U.S.-flag shipping arm of the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group, said it has entered into a letter of intent with the owners of 3PSC to acquire the company. MLL said the acquisition of the Cape Canaveral, Fla.-based 3PSC is subject to regulatory approvals, and MLL and 3PSC have contacted the relevant authorities to work through the requirements that would allow MLL to purchase 3PSC. 3PSC's Website said it operates six completed...
