Maersk-Rickmers loads cargo in Milwaukee

   Maersk-Rickmers U.S. Flag Project Carrier said its heavylift ship Maersk Illinois was the first U.S.-flag ship to load cargo for an overseas destination in Milwaukee in more than 30 years.    The ship is carrying two rope shovels financed by the U.S. Export-Import Bank and manufactured by Joy Global's P&H Mining Equipment subsidiary.
