MSC raises Med-U.S. rates in October

The container line Mediterranean Shipping Co. said Tuesday it intends to hike rates from the west Mediterranean to the United States in October. The increases, $320 per 20-foot container and $400 per 40-foot container, are applicable to origins in Italy, the south of France, Spain, Portugal, Slovenia, Croatia, Albania, Serbia, and Macedonia.
