The liner carrier MOL said Tuesday it improved on five internal North America operations metrics from January to February.
Out of 13 regional key performance indicators (KPIs) the carrier tracks monthly, four worsened slightly, and the remaining four stayed steady.
The metrics that improved in February were in-terminal truck turn times in Jacksonville and Los Angeles, lost call percentage, telephone waiting time, and U.S. export documentation accuracy. Metrics to worsen in February were in-terminal truck turn times in Oakland, U.S.-to-Asia export missed vessel connections due to rail errors, Asia-to-U.S. documentation accuracy, and U.S. export bill of lading documentation completion rate.
