Livingston International acquires M.G. Maher

Toronto-based customs brokerage firm Livingston International has acquired M.G. Maher & Co. of New Orleans, as well as the business of its sea freight affiliate MCLX. Established in 1949, Maher offers forwarding, brokerage and logistics services. The firm employs about 100 people in New Orleans and Houston.
