Leading Edge Logistics (LEL), a third-party logistics company, has acquired non-vessel-operating common carrier Horizon International Shipping of Miami and San Juan, Puerto Rico. The NVO will join LEL’s Puerto Rico division LEL Caribe. This is the company’s second acquisition of the year (LEL bought C&F Logistics of San Juan in March).
