Leading Edge Logistics (LEL), a non-asset based third party logistics company, has acquired C&F Logistics of San Juan, Puerto Rico and will roll those operations into its Puerto Rico division LEL Caribe. By acquiring C&F, a non-vessel-operating common carrier, LEL hopes to become a top NVO in the Caribbean.
